Kaffee Meister comes equipped with fast Wi-Fi, long opening hours, and the best coffee that can found in Santee. Available indoor seating and noise can occasionally be problematic.

Whenever I find myself in Santee, Kaffee Meister is one of my favorite cafes to work out of. Parking is always available, the coffee is good, food options are available, and Wi-Fi is fast. They also open very early which is nice for those who like to start work in the morning.

The interior is somewhat spacious, with most tables dedicated to seating for two. I’ve seen the cafe fill up on occasion where no seating was available (especially on weekends) so beware of that if you’re looking to get a few hours in. There’s also high tops against the wall that are ideal for solo work, with dedicated outlets for each high top seat. On occasion, this cafe will host live music that is very loud and obviously not conducive for getting a good amount of work done. Because of that, I’d avoid working here in the evenings.

The staff does a good job of keeping everything clean and the bathrooms well stocked. I’d definitely recommend Kaffee Meister if you’re in the Santee area looking for a place to stop in and get a few hours of work in.

Spill The Beans is a spacious modern cafe in Mission Valley great for working with others. Limited parking, uncomfortable seating, and lack of outlets should be considered before heading here.
